Misleading shipping promises – Do not rely on the delivery dates. I ordered a gift well in advance, counting on the 6-day delivery estimate provided. I even paid extra for express service, but the package was late. It's unacceptable to charge for faster shipping and then fail to meet the deadline. I'm very disappointed with their reliability.
