I purchased a pair of winter boots from this store, but they were too large. I returned them within the allowed period, but once the package arrived at their warehouse, it was rejected and sent back to me. Customer support informed me that returns had to be sent from the same country they were shipped to, which seems unreasonable. I incurred return shipping costs, received no refund, and now have boots I can't wear. I don't understand how a store can deny a valid return over such a policy. Very disappointed, and I won't shop here again.
