I ordered a jacket and mistakenly provided the wrong shipping address. Customer service assured me they would resend it once DHL returned it. As of today, I'm still waiting for it. I've reached out multiple times, but their response remains the same: 'we are waiting for the return shipment.' The inability to resolve such a simple issue reflects poorly on their customer service. I cannot recommend shopping at these online stores.
