Untrustworthy shipping timelines – Do not rely on their delivery estimates. I ordered a Christmas gift well in advance, based on a 6-day delivery promise. Despite paying extra for express shipping, the package did not arrive on time. It's unacceptable to charge for expedited shipping and fail to deliver. I'm very disappointed with their reliability.
