Hi, I have moved in for 6 months now. The design of the house is good, quality of the materials are nice. I will recommend the houses, but the after buy service may need to improve.Unfortunately, I have started to notice some problems with the house in November. The Ensuite bathroom and the gutters are leaking and when the engineer came, he was an hour late to the appointment time but didn’t give us any notice. There was also an occasion when the workmen did not even turn up as they said they had other emergency appointments to go to, and again, no one notified us until I contacted the office myself!Also the glass windows have cracked without being hit by anyone or anything. An engineer has been and done the measurements but that was already a month ago and we are still waiting for the replacement. To be frank, I felt that the engineer checks were not very thorough as issues I mentioned above are still not resolved yet. I hope to hear from them soon and am looking forward to settle all the issues soon.
