We spent Christmas in Lanzarote with our family and really enjoyed the villa. It was very clean, well equipped, and felt like a proper home rather than just a rental.Daria explained everything clearly before arrival, and Angela checked in to make sure we were settled. The welcome pack was a nice bonus after travelling.Great choice for a relaxed family holiday.
Avoid this service entirely. We paid nearly €10,000 in advance for a villa booked for August, but they canceled just 12 hours before our arrival. They promised a refund, which we have yet to receive. Since then, they have been evasive and unresponsive, providing excuses when they do reply. This was a very stressful and unacceptable situation.

I wouldn't recommend booking here unless you're okay with possibly losing your money. Instead of receiving a refund, all we got were unfulfilled promises. Last August, just 20 hours before our departure, they canceled our booking due to alleged misconduct by another group. They claimed a full refund was processed, but five months later, we haven't seen a cent. Excuses about technical issues and cash-flow problems have been ongoing, but we still have not received our money.
