I really enjoy my time at NCI University. Even though I'm just beginning my journey here, I've already gained a lot of insight into understanding myself and those around me. The support team is always quick to respond and very helpful whenever I have inquiries.
I’ve graduated from two universities and continued my education in philosophy and psychology across different countries and schools. And I can say with certainty that NCI and Chase Hughes have given me the final piece of the puzzle I’ve been searching for my entire life. I’m deeply grateful for that.
Thorough program ( NCI-1). Concise. Cogent. Was actionable information that increased my confidence in communication and appraising my fellow humans. The course in and of itself was valuable and one could simply work at applying this new found awareness to oneself and one's interactions. I liked that. At the same time it left me genuinely wanting to learn more about how to apply it with the extended learning opportunities.
This is a great program ! I wish I discovered it earlier in my life. I feel lighter, understand myself better than ever before... I feel more inspired, positive and optimistic about life. My relationships have improved notably. The learning material is very clear, well structured and seamless to follow. Great community too. Very well designed.
I've always been interested in people and what makes them tick. Learning that we all carry wounds from childhood that affect our adult behavior was eye opening, and it increased my understanding and compassion for others. I was amazed to learn how much people reveal about themselves through the language they use. Although there is definitely a learning curve when it comes to decoding a person's verbal cues, this course got me started down that path; and I know I'll get increasingly better with experience. If I had one suggestion that would make the course even better it would be to give more practice examples of people describing themselves. Each example that was accompanied by input from an NCI expert helped me hone my skills in mapping a person's behavior triangle.
I'm incredibly impressed with NCI University. It’s a fantastic program for anyone who wants to get better at navigating complex conversations and leading with genuine, ethical influence. A truly valuable resource for driving results and serving our company's goals. Highly recommend!
great videos explaining in a no-nonsense, non academic way how we and others might tick. This gives better insight in self and others, even maybe realizing there is no us and them, we are all this, born into this as Charles Bukowsky once said. Humbling course
