What was supposed to be a final lunch in Holland before returning to England turned out to be disappointing. Staff appeared uninterested and rude, coughing and sneezing at the table. The meatball served was still frozen in the middle; after I complained, a new one was brought out but it was just reheated in the microwave. How can a chef allow this? Perhaps some senior staff should teach the younger ones what proper service looks like.
