Lofra cooker oven had been faulty since we first bought it. The oven had a faulty door hinge, smell of gas when used, and the fire going out on multiple occasions. They sent 3 engineers on multiple visits, which the engineers acknowledged the obvious fault at the time of visit, and one even mentioned that the cooker most likely need to be replaced as they couldn't find the cause of the problem. After not hearing back for some time, they turn up and changed the thermocouple, and signed off the oven as no fault. The oven remained faulty with no improvement and I notified Lofra and the gas engineers. However, contrary to what atleast two of the engineers had previously said and hence the reason for multiple visits from 3 engineers, they said none of the engineers had found any faults. Once they realised they couldn't find/fix the problem and hence one of the engineers suggested the oven needs to be replaced entirely, Lofra and the engineers has since refused to acknowledge any faults they had found. I even contacted one of the engineers on behalf of my dad and he denied being a gas engineer, not remembering we have history of text messages on my dad's phone!! We haven't confronted them since Lofra clearly does not intend to take responsibility for a fault product! If only we had recorded the visits we had from the engineers.
