We bought a 70cm dual fuel Dolce Vita Range in 2023. In early 2026 we dumped it and replaced it with a Miele. The first problem, never really fixed, was that the sliding rails slid out of their own accord when the door was opened ( the oven was totally level) - highly dangerous. Then the oven door handle started to wobble and the door did not shut perfectly. Fixed and reoccurred. The oven temperatures seemed arbitrary. After 2 years the fan stopped working (the oven was so bad anyway we decided bot to bother fixing it). Finally 2 burners stopped igniting automatically. We didn't even try to sell it not wishing it on anyone else - just sent it for scrap. Only 3 years old and £3k wasted..

Excellent customer service

I visited the shop in person and the lady who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She provided excellent customer service and took the time to explain everything clearly.I purchased a LOFRA gas hob, oven and microwave, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Very happy with the service and the quality of the products. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought my beautiful Dolce Vita range…

I bought my beautiful Dolce Vita range from Lofra nearly 18 months ago. I chose the oven solely on the aesthetics which was a bit naieve but have only had the best experience - from delivery, post installation care and engineer visits to help me get the oven working properly, to even now- 18 months later realising I was missing a piece for the rotisserie function I’m finally planning to use and they’re sending the part out within a day of me requesting it. Amazing service and a beautiful oven!

Great service & Oven

Our new Maxima Cooker fits beautifully into our kitchen. I had to search a lot to find an 80cm range cooker, but Lofra had a few styles and options. The side carriage is really handy for trays and accessories, the oven comes with 2 shelves and a grill pan which is also more than many other companies. The wait from order to delivery was shorter than advertised which was great. In summary, a great oven and great delivery service.

Great customer service and helpful staff across the board. Made sure I got my range cooker pre Christmas even though it was a last minute order from me. Delivery guys exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. Overall great experience and highly recommended

Only thing that didn’t go well was that…

Only thing that didn’t go well was that I was not clearly informed exactly what the specifications were for the installation, like what distance cubboards near cooker have to be above counter and that the gas connection had to face a certain way etc

I bought a Lofra Professional range, the flame burners fail.

I bought a Lofra Professional range stove to complete our kitchen renovation. the gas installer failed all the burners on the gas C.O.C as they do not stay ingnited, some burners only lights half the ring. and overall it takes very long to light. The whole kitchen smells of gas while you wait for egnition. Lofra send Linden appliances to come and check the stove today, they found "everything in order" this afternoon I wanted to cook a meal, just the middle double ring burner lights properly. The other 4 fails completely, then.cuts out. The gas pressure tested 3.37mbar. I expect Lofra to attend to this range oven in an expidited manner as I have family get togethers coming up for Christmas.I am looking forward to a stove that works well.
