Ordered a lot of loft stilts but received no tracking ID and two days later (after reading a lot of bad reviews) was concerned they weren't going to arrive in time. No response to email or online chat so I rang the phone number. The guy answered straight away, I explained the situation and was put on hold. He came back and apologised, explained the stilts had been dispatched and provided a tracking ID. It all added up when I checked DPD and the stilts arrived within 24 hours of the phone call. So, while I was disappointed not to get next day delivery after my order was placed, I was very pleased with the the response I got when I called, hence the 5 stars.
