I ordered 128 stilts, and they arrived safely and on time. I sourced loft boards and screws from another supplier. Installation was straightforward, and within days, I had a well-boarded loft. The result is very secure, and I'm extremely satisfied. I had a great experience and can confidently recommend this product!
I ordered 128 loft stilts a couple of weeks ago, and they arrived the next day. I had some concerns after reading reviews, so I called to confirm stock availability before ordering. I ended up using about 110, and they feel stable and secure. I appreciate the clips at the bottom, which make alignment easy before drilling. I did have to trim some clips to fit into tight spaces, but it was manageable with a utility knife.
I ordered and paid for 96 legs, expecting 24-hour tracked delivery. After clearing out my loft, I found no legs had arrived. When I contacted the company, they informed me they had no stock. There was no prior warning, forcing me to buy another set from a different supplier at a higher price. The service was appalling. At least I received a prompt refund, which is a small consolation.
Untrustworthy service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent numerous emails inquiring about the return process, and the customer service response time was unacceptable. After a week, I finally got the information and returned my three boxes immediately due to poor quality. Seventeen days later, I still hadn't received any response or refund. The representative made me jump through hoops to prove I returned the items, despite my providing tracking information. They seem intent on avoiding fulfilling returns and refunds. I'm still waiting for my refund and doubt I will see my money again. This behavior is unacceptable.
Placing the order for 64 was straightforward, and the price was better than what I had been paying elsewhere. I ordered on Monday evening, so I didn't expect next-day delivery. I received a dispatch email on Tuesday, followed by several delivery confirmations. There was a delay communicated by the delivery service, but one box arrived on Wednesday and the other on Thursday. The stilts themselves are excellent, my preferred design. I pre-drilled holes for easier installation in the loft and have had no issues using them for several raised storage floors.
