Very strange experience.No confirmation of despatch for the "next day" delivery (only got it a week after my payment), no reply over the web chat or email regarding order, even after multiple days, despite it saying they reply immediately.I put a charge back request through given everything on here and then the order turned up a week later than expected.All they would have to do is update their website to reflect the delays, stop promising next day delivery and nobody would have a problem.I've had to call the bank now to let them know the goods arrived so the charge back gets cancelled once they reject the dispute. I'm hoping they actually respond to the bank as I don't want to take the money back now I've actually got the items.Absolutely bonkers way to run your business and must be a massive pain for professionals trying to organise jobs. I nearly went elsewhere and bought more, so then it really would've been a mess. However I did receive my goods, so thank you.Please sort your communication out though.
