Despite the below - they arrived the next day!? Extra star given but still poor.Avoid, I don't think it is scam - just a crap business. Like others I ordered waiting for next day. Emailed and called with no reply and feared the worst when I found these reviews. I reported them to CC company to get a refund. I then got an email with a delivery date and tracking number. The next day I got this email -"Hi! I hope you're doing great!We regret that we are unable to send the Loft Storage Stilts you ordered from us. The demand for this popular item has exceeded our expectations and our new stock that arrived last week has depleted. However, the supplier promises to deliver more of the loft storage stilts as soon as possible. Please advise us whether you want to cancel your order or have us hold your payment and ship the Stilts when it becomes available.
