I wish I had read the other reviews on Trustpilot before placing my order. My experience to date is very familiar to other reviewers, wondering about purchase made. Simply terrible lack of response from this company is nothing less than shocking. I placed my order on the 6th of February for 256 stilts, money taken and confirmation received by Loft Stilts. 'Next day delivery if order placed before 14:30', on their website, hah, what a joke.And then all communication stopped, daily calls at various times never answered or messages left responded to. 5 e-mails sent and still nothing from them. Online chat doesn't even respond. Also downloaded their suggested tracking system App 'Shop', just as useless as them.Today as I write this is the 14th of February!The only option left is to have my bank revoke payment and report this lot to trading standards.Don't let the lower prices or drivel on website lure you into making a purchase!Just try calling or e-mailing them first!Buyers beware!
