Ordered some stilts via the online store. Waited 6 days and no product arrived even though the site states next day tracked delivery.You can't get through on the phone.Used the chat system and was first advised that our delivery slot had been booked and they were being collected. I then requested when can I expect to receive the delivery and I was then advised there was no stock???? Why they don't just email their customers or update their site to advise of the stock level is beyond me.On the chat they have promised me a refund within 3 business days.
