Despite following all standard troubleshooting steps, including:Reinstalling Logi Options+Resetting the mousePairing via both Bluetooth and Logitech Bolt receiverGranting all necessary macOS permissionsUsing a second mouse to navigate the software…the software still fails to detect my MX Master 4, preventing me from customizing buttons or accessing core features.I have spent significant time attempting to resolve this issue without success. This experience has been highly frustrating, and I consider the product and software support to be non-functional as advertised.
