I had a very disappointing experience with Logitech G website, where I made a purchase a couple of weeks ago. I chose the expedited delivery option that promised arrival within 3 business days. However, after 10 business days, I still have not received my package.According to the UPS tracking system, my package was "returned to sender" due to a "service disruption." For 3 days, the status showed, "The package will be held until all packages associated with this shipment have arrived."I have submitted 3 requests through the Logitech G website, and after waiting 4 days, I received an email stating, "If you prefer to still receive your package, you may contact UPS or sign up for UPS My Choice. Otherwise, we can provide you with a full refund for your order once it is confirmed as returned to our warehouse."I was not consulted about the return, and UPS does not offer me any options to retrieve the package because they never had it, according to the tracking information. I have tried a further 3 contacts with them via site, X.com and Chat, and no success. I had no other option than to use the purchase protection from my Credit Cart company.I'll avoid this company in the future.
