What a deceptive experience. I received service from Sara. She informed me that my renewal for the basic package would be $350 but she's giving me a 25% off to renew at $262. I proceeded to renew at the price. Then logged into my account to find my original invoice at $272 for renewal. Wowwww, thanks for the $10 off. I email Sara back about clarity for this and she claimed that at the time that was the renewal cost, yet disregards the attached invoice I included. I email how deceptive that was but she didn't respond until I asked for cancellation. She replied that she had transfered me to the cancellation team. And here I am today searching what log me in charges for the basic package to find it at $30. What a shitting experience I have with the reps trying to rip off their long time customer.
