Absolute scam! Now I understand that people don't remember to cancel subscription or read the small print sometimes but this was not the case here! Told there was a one-off fee to buy the logo I made, which I happily paid, then they took £35.99 subscription a few days later. The link to get a refund doesn't work, also on scam adviser the company is actively blocking credit card chargeback so people can't get money back
