Absolute scam! Now I understand that people don't remember to cancel subscription or read the small print sometimes but this was not the case here! Told there was a one-off fee to buy the logo I made, which I happily paid, then they took £35.99 subscription a few days later. The link to get a refund doesn't work, also on scam adviser the company is actively blocking credit card chargeback so people can't get money back

Stole my money- Reported as fraud to my bank and had them blocked. Sent me daily emails until I finally "purchased a one-time fee" for a logo and then BOOM! "errors validating your account" "this email account doesn't exist in our system" etc etc. My bank and I called the phone number listed on the bank end under "vendor" and it goes to a personal line with "a mailboxbox is full and cannot receive messages" answer. Buyer Beware! Thank God my bank stopped them and won't allow future charges... and NO- I did not receive the download.
This app advertised for the creation of a logo and a charge of 1.99 which was understood.I was later charged a fee of $35.00 for a subscription I didn't sign up for which they planned to secure as a recurring charge. I disputed the charge with Card company and had them blocked. I do not recommend that anyone deal with this deceptive company in any way.
One star is generous.You click on the FREE Logo AP to create a one-off Logo.Then you get charged $50 without being advised!Automatically signed up for the premium subscription with no communication.If they had said it wasnt free, I wouldn't have used it.No response from Franco - Logo.app or Logo App
Provided my credit card information to purchase a logo. Checked my account and I had been charged. No logo has been received! No customer service phone number provided. Have sent an email but no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR!!!!
This is obviously a scam. Designed a logo and paid £6 for it and ended up not even using it. Then has £30 randomly taken from my account with no explanationa as to why. I did not sign uo for anything other than a one time logo purchase. Contacted logo.app but also had to contact fraud department at my bank
I was signed up to and charged a premium subscription after 7 days with no information about this on original purchase. Also charged 3x more than the website says. No emails from this company. Tried to cancel via website. Told I'd receive a link by email to complete cancellation. No email received. Tried multiple times. Contacted the support online, no response. The refund URL provided online is a dead page. Have had to report to the fraud department of my bank. Fear this is a scam website. Do not use.
