Update: I finally received a response promising my shipment will arrive within the expected timeframe. It would be appreciated if future inquiries could be addressed without needing to post here for a reply. Thank you. There were no updates on my order, and despite sending several emails, I received no response, which was incredibly frustrating as I checked daily for updates. They claimed to ship within 72 hours; at least informing customers about the situation would be helpful.
