Update: I finally got a response with a commitment to deliver my shipment on time. It would be great for future transactions if I could receive replies to my emails without having to resort to posting here for answers. Thank you. Initially, there were no updates on my order, and despite sending several emails, I received no response, which was quite frustrating. Checking daily for updates only to find nothing is disappointing! They mentioned shipping within 72 hours, so at the very least, an update on the situation would be appreciated.
Despite it being a busy season, I received my product within two weeks via international shipping. The perfume was beautifully packaged with cushioning and included free samples. I was thrilled to find a limited-edition fragrance that had been sold out in my country at a great price. I would definitely shop here again!

I ordered four items and paid in full for shipping. After a long wait, I was notified by the delivery service that I needed to pay an additional fee of $32 to receive my package. I informed customer service, but still had to pay the extra charge. Upon receiving my package, I found only three of the four items and have yet to receive any response regarding the missing item. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this platform in the US.
