I ordered four items and paid in full for shipping. After a long wait, I was notified by the delivery service that I needed to pay an additional fee of $32 to receive my package. I informed customer service, but still had to pay the extra charge. Upon receiving my package, I found only three of the four items and have yet to receive any response regarding the missing item. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this platform in the US.
