Update: I finally got a response with a commitment to deliver my shipment on time. It would be great for future transactions if I could receive replies to my emails without having to resort to posting here for answers. Thank you. Initially, there were no updates on my order, and despite sending several emails, I received no response, which was quite frustrating. Checking daily for updates only to find nothing is disappointing! They mentioned shipping within 72 hours, so at the very least, an update on the situation would be appreciated.
