They sent generic copy-paste responses claiming the fare is non-refundable, intentionally ignoring the airline's mandatory refund policy.Their phone lines are constantly busy or disconnected, making it impossible to reach them in a time-critical situation. They essentially stalled their responses until the 24-hour window passed to avoid their responsibility.This is a predatory agency that ignores carrier rules to keep your money.
