I booked a €425 Lufthansa ticket through lol.travel. When my event in Frankfurt was rescheduled by one day due to a UEFA high-security match, I asked to move my flights forward by one day. Lufthansa themselves confirmed that rebooking was possible — but since the ticket was issued by lol.travel, only the agency could process it.lol.travel’s response?
