I would like to share my negative experience with the travel agency lol.travel. It was my first time using their services, purchasing tickets with a flexible option and the ability to cancel. Of course, I had to pay extra for this flexibility.However, when the need arose to change the departure date, I was met with unexpected and unfair conditions. I was informed that I needed to pay an additional 55 euros for service fees to make the transfer, and the new ticket price suddenly doubled the original cost. Attempting to cancel the flight also ended in failure.At the time of my inquiry, I had three weeks until the supposed departure date, and despite timely attempts to resolve the issue, I faced refusal. The flight was not canceled, but I never received my money back for the tickets.I can confidently say that my experience with lol.travel left a sour taste. Their actions seem extremely dishonest, and I was left without my money and the ability to use the purchased services. I recommend being cautious when choosing this company, as their practices closely resemble fraudulent behavior.
