Every time I tried to do my check-in (within the time period they mention) I got a 500 error message. Then I tried to download my proof of payment and then again I got the 500 error message. Whatever I was trying to do I was getting error messages. Then I proceeded to the airport to resolve this in person and they told me that if I can't do an online check-in then I have to pay more money. I explained and I demonstrated the issues with their website and they told me that the company is not responsible for malfunctions of the website!! What the heck!!!! are you kidding me?
