Once you choose a payment method at the checkout page they update the price by adding a management fee (70EUR in my case). The checkout page is designed so that it's almost impossible to notice the price increase. I only noticed it because I was actively looking for hidden fees as I had been notified by other negative reviews on Trustpilot. Otherwise, I would not have seen it, and they would have overcharged me without my knowing.P.S. It is pathetic how lol.travel handles the negative reviews on Trustpilot. Responses lack good customer support practices. It seems like the person replying to reviews is the owner of lol.travel himself. He blames it on the unhappy customers trying to justify his malicious practices. The guy sounds passive agressive. For example, just look what he’s is going to come back to me with. LOL at lol.travel.
