Surprisingly, one of the good online travel agencies! They've replied very fast to my mails, I got my money back in record-time for a cancelled flight... I usually try to not use OTAs, but here I don't have any reluctance & could recommend them.What I did not like: somehow, the language for one of my bookings was Italian. Don't know if I screwed up or something on their side.And the hotel selection is not that broad, but was sufficient after all.
