This has been a highly unprofessional experience. I began working with the company in July and completed two shifts. Payment is supposed to be issued within a week if shifts are completed correctly. I ensured everything was done meticulously, but nearly two months later, I still haven't received payment. Despite numerous follow-ups, the communication has been terrible. It's crucial for a remote workplace to maintain effective communication, yet I had to message multiple staff members just to receive a response. This has been disheartening and frustrating, especially for new employees. Having read similar reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience. I’ve resigned due to this poor treatment and cannot recommend this company to anyone. They even asked me to remove this review, but my experience is factual and will remain.

We are a home blood testing service where all tests include a home appointment for a nurse to take the blood sample. The nurse will send your sample to the lab for analysis, which are the same labs the NHS uses, and your results come with a Doctor review also.
Lola was created due to our frustrations with the other servics which are expensive, do not contain enough markers and they use fingerprick testing which is both unpleasant and unreliable.
