Frustrating experience with home testing

I ordered a kit and scheduled a home blood draw for a heavy metals test. The kit and nurse arrived promptly, but subsequent communication was frustrating. I was informed two days after the draw that I would receive results within 24 hours, which did not happen. When I followed up, I learned there was an issue, as two results were missed during testing. They confirmed this the next day and asked if I wanted to retake the test. Organizing the retest has been painfully slow, with responses taking days. While they assured me the retest would be complimentary, their slow communication has left me very dissatisfied. I would advise others to avoid this service.

Outstanding service from a fantastic team

Outstanding service— the support team was exceptional, and the phlebotomist was brilliant! My blood was taken on Monday, and by Tuesday evening, a written report from the doctor arrived in my inbox. I can't fault the service at all. Kudos to the team. Excited for my check-up next year.

I was told I'd receive results within 24 hours after the draw, which didn't happen. Organizing this retest has been slow and frustrating, with responses taking days. While they offered to do it for free, their communication has left me very unhappy. I would advise others to think twice before using this service.

Generally positive experience

Generally positive, but I faced challenges trying to provide additional information regarding my HRT and my fasting status for the test. Despite multiple attempts via email and contact forms, I received no response, which was disappointing. However, everyone was friendly, and communication before the test was excellent. The phlebotomist was lovely.

Exceptional service from start to finish

Exceptional service from start to finish. I used a discount voucher to place my order, and the test kit was delivered promptly. The phlebotomist called during my selected time slot and was fantastic—the blood draw was painless. Within just two days, I received my results via email, along with a detailed report from a doctor that highlighted points for discussion with my GP. I see no room for improvement in this service. Great job! I've already signed up for my annual test.

Highly unprofessional experience

This has been a highly unprofessional experience. I began working with the company in July and completed two shifts. Payment is supposed to be issued within a week if shifts are completed correctly. I ensured everything was done meticulously, but nearly two months later, I still haven't received payment. Despite numerous follow-ups, the communication has been terrible. It's crucial for a remote workplace to maintain effective communication, yet I had to message multiple staff members just to receive a response. This has been disheartening and frustrating, especially for new employees. Having read similar reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience. I’ve resigned due to this poor treatment and cannot recommend this company to anyone. They even asked me to remove this review, but my experience is factual and will remain.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service. I opted for this due to long NHS wait times for a blood test. Upon ordering, they scheduled a phlebotomist to visit my home within two days. They confirmed the appointment and tracked my test delivery to ensure timely arrival. The phlebotomist was fantastic—efficient and punctual. The entire process was comfortable in my own home, and they also mailed the test for me. I had the most comprehensive test and received results within four days, with regular updates throughout. I'm extremely pleased with this service and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great service with minor issues

Great service overall. There was a slight hiccup with the nurse/phlebotomist form not being printed, which led to the realization that my chosen package didn’t include thyroid blood tests. This was a bit frustrating after paying a significant amount. Nonetheless, the nurse was brilliant—polite, friendly, and professional!

    Lola was created due to our frustrations with the other servics which are expensive, do not contain enough markers and they use fingerprick testing which is both unpleasant and unreliable.

    Our tests cost less, we do a full analysis and the prices includes the nurse blood collection and doctor review. See more
