The cake was delicious and on time. My only small criticism was that the main title did not specify it was ‘gluten free’. It was only obvious when I picked it up and the lady told me then. It was only when you dig down into the ingredients that this was specified. All other cakes did specify gluten free in the heading for the cake. Did not spoil the experience at all but just a piece of advice.
