My most recent order is the 3rd time I have ordered from Lola's. We have had 2 birthday cakes and this time Cupcakes. All have been Amazing!. Light, moist and great flavours without being overly sweet and sickly. Delivery service has been spot on with great comms and packaging brilliant.
The banoffee cupcake is absolutely my favorite!! However, I could also explore a variety of other flavors. I was able to redeem some points from my previous purchases! I adore this place and have been a loyal customer since the first location opened!
Excellent service, quick and courteous even during peak hours. I enjoyed my cupcake at the location during my visit. I chose the red velvet flavor, and it was easily one of the best cupcakes I've ever tasted. I was with family, so I sampled other options as well, and I will certainly return on my next visit. I highly recommend the red velvet, you won't regret it!
While the cakes and cupcakes are quite delightful, my delivery did not reach the intended address. The delivery driver failed to make a proper effort, leaving the recipient waiting all day for the package. Now, it's arriving after Christmas, and I'm concerned about whether the cake will still be fresh.
The cake was fantastic! It was both vegan and gluten-free, and everyone enjoyed it. I would suggest making it clear on the website that the cake should be refrigerated until serving, as I was unaware and fortunately found space in the fridge after picking it up the day before the event.
