the cake was great but the delivery was very frustrating. time went from 1pm to 2pm then 3pm until finally being delivered at 5pm. As we weren’t home the driver threatened to take it back to the shop - we needed it for a birthday party that night. The delivery driver was unhelpful when we requested it be left with a neighbour. The tracking was inaccurate and led to a lot of birthday stress.
