I received my order from Bluewater Lola cakes last week. As this was a surprise cake I was surprised to find the cake not in good condition, however when I received the cake biscoff cake I was hugely disappointed as the biscoff on the cake looked like someone had nibbled on the cake . I raised it with staff but they very casually brushed it off... considering your cake are high quality I was expecting the cake to arrive to in in good condition. Some of my party guests were sceptical as to whether a staff person had tampered with the cake which is not the impression I was hoping for from Lola cakes.
