Yes. A very serious issue went totally wrong!I went personally to your shop in Bromley town centre and I ordered a birthday cake. I asked the sales lady to make sure the inscription on the cake reads Happy 50th Birthday.1st of all there wasn’t any e-mail acknowledging the order.Secondly the cake got to your shop on the day of the pick up which was the 6th of November 2025 with the inscription Happy 15th Birthday! What a disappointment!
