I'm hesitating in not giving this 5 stars, but for the first time ever, the locker containing my cake wouldn't open and I was very short on time. However, my potentially stressful situation was resolved by calling the number provided in the email and the friendly lady I spoke to remotely opened the locker within a couple of minutes, so no harm done.
