The cake was great! The service very average. I’d ordered an £80 cake and when I arrived at London bridge the guy was more concerned with his FaceTime phone call than serving. I had to wait in a long line of people buying cupcakes even though the other guy behind the counter was doing nothing. After a very long wait I got my cake and it did look and taste good but not a good customer mindset.
