Lolas in general is very high standard and make delicious cakes, but they keep changing or discontinuing my favourites. I think the passion fruit cake with the white chocolate icing has become gluten free and I preferred it the way it was before. It’s fine to have the option but I wasn’t aware of the change, and you can’t get it non gluten free. The texture is a little sickly. You got rid of the shard cakes? Why ?And black bottom is now with cream cheese. I haven’t eaten it since. I think it might be time for me to look else where but the general standard of the cakes are GOOD. It’s just, Lola’s, stop messing with the recipes of cakes that were already great.
