Since this company has experienced growth all standards have just slid below par. Firstly starting to charge for collection on orders disgustingly greedy. Secondly never double bagging. Why don't your staff understand that when it's raining or if the cake is heavy to double bag!! Finally the quality and attention to detail. Really shoddy icing, poorly packaged. Each time I order I am disappointed I am seeking a new bakery/cupcake shop.
