The delivery was a nightmare, that I had to pay an extra £16.99. I had a conference with global delegates and received an email that the delivery was completed. I went to the reception and delivery bays and nothing there. Several phone calls and emails to no avail. Hour and a half later I got a call that my cake is there. Went to reception to fetch it and the delivery person left it with the security guard. An hour later we opened the cake and I must say that the cake on the inside was dry. Not worth the over £70 I spend at all!
