Ordered a birthday cake from @LolasCupcakesUK for my daughter’s special day 💔.Waited ALL day, no updates, no cake. Only after chasing was I told there was a “delivery issue” with DPDThis wasn’t just any cake it was for my rainbow baby 🌈🎂. Family & friends were waiting to celebrate, and the day was ruined.Refund + late replacement doesn’t undo the stress, upset & disappointment. Communication was non-existent had I known earlier, I could’ve made other plans.Absolutely shocking service from both Lola’s and DPD. Families deserve better.If their idea of resolving the issue is just refunding me or sending a replacement, without any proper compensation for the distress, then they should be ashamed of themselves as a big company. Ruined an entire day for us and made us cancel plans !
