The delivery experience was clean and well-handled. The cupcakes arrived in this big box, with foam around them on the inside that also acted as insulation and the cupcakes were cold and in original condition upon arrival. The cupcakes were then brilliant. Every single one was unique and delicious. I am 100% going to be ordering from Lola's again.
