I buy most of our family birthday cakes from Lola's & have always been happy with them.I recently bought a gluten free & vegan chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday.I picked it up at The Glades in Bromley and brought home to consume later that day, unfortunately it had completely clasped in the evening. Instructions on the box says to eat at room temperature if eaten on the same day, when I complained to customer service, they said I should have followed instructions on the box. Complaint was not resolved.
