While the cakes themselves were excellent, I was disappointed with the delivery experience. Despite paying a premium for a specific delivery window and requesting an early drop-off within that time, the cake arrived right at the end of the window. We had to take it to the party ourselves, and the delay meant we were late—by which time guests had already started to arrive.I was previously told that our delivery could potentially be prioritised on the day, but when I called to follow up, I was told this was unlikely. Customer service was responsive and polite, but I feel a more genuine effort could have been made to liaise with the delivery team and accommodate our situation. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel like that happened.
