Collection at the Bromley concession stand was quite frustrating as there was no clear queuing system and when a queue was eventually arranged, someone who wanted cupcakes from the stand who’d just approached the server, ignoring those already waiting, was served before me even though she was after me in the queue (my cake was stored in the back). There was no indication that the server would do this and neither did she offer an apology - she just smiled at me?! Next time I’ll get the cake delivered as I have done previously when I ordered a large batch of mini cupcakes.
