Ne refund for returned goods, bad customer serviceI bought two items and returned them 17th April. On 10th May I wrote to Lole asking where my refund was. They did not reply. I wrote to them again in late may and got no response. On the 2nd June I wrote again and finally got a reponse saying they had a high volume of requests and that mine would be dealt with shortly. It is now June 15th and I have heard nothing. Still no refund. Awful customer service.
