I placed an order on 4 January, and as of 10 January, it has not been shipped. When I reached out to the support team, they cited delays due to warehouse transitions and the holiday period. However, they refuse to cancel the order despite it still being unshipped.

I ordered a coat that was supposed to arrive within 3 to 10 business days, but I've heard nothing. I contacted them, and they assured me it would ship ASAP, but that was 4 days ago, and still no updates. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and it likely won't arrive on time.
I bought a pair of leggings three months ago and wore them maybe six times. They already have a hole in the waist, but I can't return them without my receipt. Their 'warranty' only applies if you have the receipt. Why wouldn’t the label on the item suffice? Extremely frustrating. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
Warning to potential buyers! Terrible customer service. I purchased during a sale and tried to return an item due to sizing issues, only to be told it was a final sale. There was no indication of this at checkout or on my receipt. They refused to take it back without any explanation or apology. I will not shop with them again!
I purchased a mat for the second time. The first time, it came with a strap, but this time they claimed it was a different version, which turned out to be the same. I complained, but the manager never responded. Very poor customer service; I won't be buying from them again.
The dress I bought was badly stretched in the arms and neck after just one wear, even before washing it. I emailed them and was told to contact the retailer where I purchased it. They don't stand behind their product, so I won't be buying anything from them in the future.
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Avoid placing an order with this company. Their customer service is nonexistent. There’s no phone number, and emails go unanswered. Their customer service is appalling, and they deserve to fail because of it.
I attempted to buy a coat and return it due to sizing issues. It was a nightmare. My main issue is that this company claims to be Canadian, but all prices and reviews are from the US. I can't recall where it was shipped from, but it certainly wasn't local. Very unethical.
